A Purdue Chemical Engineer and longtime advocate for diverse candidates in STEM, Jennifer has coached and developed engineering teams and individuals at all levels, from students to newhires to top technical talent in the most innovative corporate and educational institutions. Key national associations include Phi Sigma Rho Sorority for Women in Engineering, SWE, WEPAN and multiple engineering schools.

Jennifer has insight from leading development in multiple Healthcare categories, with medical devices, OTC, transdermal and oral drug developments.

Jennifer has experience working in manufacturing plants around the world to industrialize processes and materials for making new products. SME in Reliability Engineering, Supply Chain design and resiliency, and qualification techniques. Twice awarded Cost Innovation award for breakthrough thinking in Process/Material Interactions in redefining the supply chain & enabling affordable innovation.

With over three decades leading innovation, Jennifer is a master at extending the S-curve as well as creating breakthrough innovation that enables the next S-curve. She is equally skilled in upstream and downstream systems in four different consumer product categories. She has inspired engineers, scientists and technologists to create and coached teams on innovation strategy to develop >100+ granted patents. An inventor in her own right, Jennifer’s invention for a closure mechanism is still widely in use across the industry, ~30 years after the patent was granted.
